Well it's not looking good for the weather at the moment.

I wish I could go Saturday but I'll be working until noon. I'm crossing my fingers that Sunday's forecast clears up.

No way I can go Sat. My son's b-day party and having friends over so I'm tied up all day.

If Sunday looks good and a few other guys are gonna go I'll be down.

Looks like Saturday is the only option, and that looks shakey...Sure hope they run.

I'm going Saturday. I told my office that I'm not working overtime on Saturday. I want my mid 10 run!

Thanks. It will be thanks to Paul for letting me use his slicks. I just need to figure out what I should launch at and not break anything. I still have the stock axles and diff, but I do have the TA diff cover with cap bolts and welded axle tubes so hopefully it will hold together.

I was launching at 3000 with my M&H's so I think I'll try 4000 on the slicks. I figure I'll be leaving on 10-11 psi of boost at those rpms since at 3000 I'm at 9.1-9.2 psi of boost.

So how much weight did the bar add to your car? I suspect you went chromoly to save a little weight right? I have to do a bar in my car this winter but I'm planning on just doing mild steel to save some $$$.

I got a no frills bar, no swing outs, welded to floor plates, chrome moly, probably weighs 50 lbs tops. I'll know for sure next time I scale it.

Gotcha. I'm planning on a Wolfe 6 point with swing-outs so I'm sure it's going to weight a bit more than yours.
