Check into power distribution posts or blocks then. That may get you in the direction you are wanting to go. I know summit and jegs carry some. The lakewood one is nice looking though.

I used something similar to what Jeremy posted and made my own bracket. Just about $100 in materials for the whole relocation. Box, 0 ga cable, terminals and fuse.

What size posts did you get? I would imagine wherever you bought the posts, they sell terminals in the same size.

The posts are actually charging posts and that is why they are large. I ordered a different set that will fit properly.

Total cost minus the cost of the wrong terminals was close to 100 bucks. I used 2awg welding cable(18 feet of red and 18 feet of black), a remote terminal bracket/post assembly, copper lugs, brass terminals and a summit box........all from eBay. I ran the cables inside the car under the rug and under the back seat. I used the fire wall grommet on the passenger side. I am very happy with it.

so you didn't
use the post type to retain the factory battery terminals
