So I was at a local dealer just looking at a couple used 2011/2012's that were going for a decent deal, so I also went and checked out the new inventory.

They only had 2 2014's, a GT500 and a base V6, but had 5 new 2013 GT A6 sitting there too. I can at least get x-plan pricing, but I am curious if anyone knows how motivated the dealers would be to sell off one of the 2013''s and how low I can probably get them to go.

One example was a red GT base vert, that sticker had 35,185, and x-plan for 33,025 (both after 2500 in ford incentives). trying to see if I can get them to go below invoice.

You should be able to do alot better $33k for a car stickering for $35k. I did better than that and I bought mine in December. Try truecar.com and see what you come up with.

I definitely expect to do better than this price for last years model. MSRP on the sticker was actually 37,685. 35k was after incentives.

That makes no sense. I've done x plan look ups with incentives and am seeing about $5500-6000 off.

Its too early in the season to get a whole lot off the x-plan price..Wait till July and see what the incentives are and give it a chance to allow the 2014 inventory to build up a little..

nice, what dealer?

C harper, my step dad used to be the manager and is still friends with many of the guys there.

I honestly do not remember much of my 3v stock so cant do a decent comparison, but it was a very nice ride so far. It is my first convertible too so that was a new experience.

0% financing right now as well

I could have got the 0%, but went with the extra $1500, and still got a 2.5% rate.
