I don't know how I could help. I don't trust myself with this kind of stuff. I know there is a guy local to us who does all kinds of crazy stuff including halo rings on the 13-14 Mustang headlights.

So what would it cost me to have you make me a set for my '06?

These,
http://www.modifymystang.com/2005-2009-mustang-smoked-headlights-pair/

Plus the projectors, plus shipping to Canada. Shipping would be about $50-100 for me.

So something like
$120 - Headlights
$200 - Projectors (Halos and stuff is extra)
$100 - Shipping (Canada, could be more...)

So about $400-500 for a set of projector headlights plus labour, if my math is correct, give or take a few numbers.
Just spent $450 on tail lights, why not go all out on projector headlights too? Maybe one day, but I think that quote is pretty close to what most people charge.

Ebay has smoked lenses as well, think those are even cheaper...

I'd love to take my 2011 with HID's and put a smoked chrome in the housing behind the bulbs, if possible. This mod gives me some ideas, but I have no idea how to actually do it.

It just sucks that California is so restrictive. I don't want my mods to be extreme enough to attract attention of the cops that are everywhere in my area.
