Ok, not to thread hijack, but who is the best to tune for a Paxton? I would like AED, but he doesn't tune for anything but Injector Dynamics, and the kit I'm buying is a tuner kit (great price). Don't wanna spend another $1000 on injectors... who will tune for FRPP or Bosch injectors? Any performance differences in the injectors?

I personally like JPC. They sell a lot of the Paxton's and Kevin macdonald tunes ALL of them. Where as with Lund you have 2 or more people who may do it, and AED doesn't sell the kit so I wouldn't look there. This is going to be a very opinionated topic. My tune from JPC ran great and when data logged every thing looked good. Customer service is as good as it gets. Quick responses and revisions.

Again just my opinion.

I would go JPC or Lund. Either or.

We can set you up with a Lund custom remote tune.

You can tune on the street or dyno.

We have done hundreds of these kits and can tune any injector. About the only thing we won't do are the 60's / 80's.

Beef, any performance differences seen between the Bosch 1000's and the ID1000's? Why the huge price difference?

as far as the id's, above and beyond a normal "flow match", id starts with a custom built "break in bench", all of their injectors are broken in before they are flowed.

injector characteristics can / will change after they break in. After they break the injectors in, they then match them, but not just at a static pressure, they match the injectors throughout the entire range / different psi's etc...

they typically flow about 500 or so injectors at a time and then match them up through the band

What size pulley? What other mods? Not afraid of going boom with that much power?

Hopefully a vender can chime in. What are people with the 2014s doing about the water pump pulley?

It now only has 3 bolts and the center is larger. Pulley that comes with the kit is 4 bolts.

There were a rew subtle differences in the 2014 vs 2013. Makes me wonder what ford has planned.

On Vortech's site on their blog they are looking for 2014 cars now to develop the kit ... Didn't realize there are enough differences
