Dave this is a brand new item just out of the box. I haven't installed it yet.

I'm surprised this happened! Looks like the main cable wasn't secured properly. It must have slipped through the cracks at the manufacturer. Sorry about the inconvenience of setting up a return! I'm glad our Mustang Expert took care of you though.
