So, since the Coyote retains the 5.933" rod length, does this mean that I can throw my Kellogg 3.80" crank and 5.85" rods in a Coyote block with Coyote pistons?

Rods are the only thing that you can use in a 4.6 or a 5.0.

Yeah after some more reading I noticed the oil pump drives are different..

Mmr makes a 4.6 oil pump modified with coyote oil pump gears for the 4.75 stroker(coyote crank in 4.6)

Maybe you could do the opposite?

There is a rear flange thickness issue you will have to deal with though but might be able to machine that
