So many of us have tried differn't springs, shocks, lca brackets etc etc

Stick cars are night and day from the auto's when it comes down to set up's. So I say we list both.

If you have gone to the track with some good sixty foots please post them here. This should shine alot of light for new members getting into the 1320 scene.. Most of us have tried countless parts and continue to change them to get the best results. I want to save people money and time.

Basic run down on what to post for set up.

Which...
- Shocks
- Rear springs
- Lower control arms
- Upper control arm
- posi
- Pan hard bar
- Pan hard bar support brace
- Gear size
- Brand/ tire size
- Clutch or which converter at what stall?
- Anti roll bar or which rear sway bar

My S197 (stick car)

2011 Updated

Comp engineering pan hard support brace
Comp engineering double adjustable pan hard bar
BMR anti roll bar (this made the car launch perfectly straight)
Qa1 single adjustables

Upr HD Race double adjustable lowers
Upr Adjustable spring perch's with Qa1 rear drag springs
Strange 8.8 spool
4.56 Richmond gears

Centerforce clutch

(Leaving at 6500-7500 so far I got a 1.42 pulling the front wheels)

Good thread Matt, I am very interested in spring and shock setups. I need to get rid of the rake I have on stock springs and I want to upgrade shocks too.

Never mind just the 15" :p Any combo with a decent sixty foot because not everyone runs just 15" rims

Awesome thread. I have never cut below 1.8 (I haven't been to the track in a long time) with my auto.

Good thread! I think LCA bracket usage (none or which level & brand) and pinion angle should be added to the list, if known of course.

Ordering lakewood rear shocks and eibach drag springs, would a better panhard bar and brace help?

Thanks Rod
