Wanted to see the interest in a track day come summer, we get a poll of the guys down we can all agree on a location, maybe rent the track for the day!

Ok. That's about 4 1/2 hours for me. I could do that. I will just stay at a buddy's house in Sioux falls if we do it on a Saturday.

I've been watching guys....After the turbo goes in, would have to put a cage in. Wouldn't drive 5 hours and be told sorry, no can run. That money would be tough to find this year. Not sure I want a cage.

When I get my engine in I would need a cage too(I hope I am that fast), but if it is a private track rental you should be okay. Gotta come just to meet up anyhow.

Don't worry boys I will need a cage too lol...hoping for an 8 second pass this summer! I got talked to when the car ran 10.70's they let it fly for the day but told me not to come back without a cage, I'm assuming you would be in the same boat

I was looking at this one. I know there must be some rules about 6 vs 8 pt. I like the removable door part.

That is a good idea. No feedback on AM's site though.

God, when you dig into the rule book it turns into a complete project. Cage, seats, harness and I would do a rear seat delete also. Yikes!
