I love Plasti-Dip.
There was a time I didn't think much of it, but the way it hides ugly stuff (like chrome, lol), imperfections, and the ability to remove it if you don't like it, it's freakin awesome!

So anyway, here are my PD projects so far:

The fender 5.0 badges:

Rear decklid panel:

Hood vents:

Gurney flap for the GT500 rear spoiler:

And what I just finished, the Airaid CAI rainshield for the '13-'14 GT vented hood.

Looks good. Your deck lid panel turned out pro. Were you using rattle cans? I just blacked out the pony on my grill with plasti dip yesterday. Worked like a charm.

Thanks and yes, rattle can.
One can did the 5.0 badges, the decklid, and the hood vents.

Just got a new can for the Gurney flap and the rainshield.

So Cal
how easily is it to remove on non-wheel parts?

I tried P'dippin my emblem and it looks horrible, and doesnt give me any good pull-off points.

I have black 5.0 emblems from AM in waiting, but Im trying to find a good neon green paint I can use for the dot.

Plasti dip is pretty cool. I don't have anything on my car i want to plasti dip though. The only exterior chrome is my fender emblems and a little bit on wheel center caps.

Gabe is the reason I dipped my badges, and then couldn't stop.

Badges, rear decklid, front emblem, and hopefully this weekend, the lower rear valence the spoiler. :)

Good stuff Gabe!!

Yes Plasti dip is badass. I think its here for the long run. Makes me want to buy some stocks lol.I have done my wheels twice, When I removed them the first time after having it on there for like 4 months it came off easily. Just put at least 4 coats to make the removal easier. Done the grill on my jeep and the door locks and turned out nice. Did my roof on my mustang but I had to much texture and u could tell it was done with a rattle can so I removed it right after.
