My trip to Okinawa's Churaumi Aquarium

Hey guys, just wanted to share some pics of the Churaumi Aquarium on Okinawa that I went to today. If you ever come to Okinawa, make sure to stop by this place, because it's awesome. These pics were taken with my iPhone, I'm waiting for my stuff to get here to use my better camera and camcorder.

Here are a few pics I snapped on the way over there.

This is the entrance to the Ocean Expo park which house several exhibits including the aquarium.

The side of the massive tank

One of the biggest side panels of a tank in the world. Its 27ft by 74ft and 24in thick.

It also houses 3 whale sharks, nurse sharks and different types of rays.

We got to go above the aquarium to see down into the tank.

Outside of the aquarium there are other places to see. Here are some pics of sea turtle beach.

They also have a dolphin show which happens every 2 hours for 20 mins.

I hope you guys enjoyed the pics of my little adventure. I think next week, we might check out of the ancient castles here on the island.

I was in okinawa for a year and never knew this place existed! Damn it!
