What`s the deal with these Saleen CP pistons, are they really so impossible to replace if one melts?

unfortunately i am out

I found a few when I was cleaning my garage - I have a powder coated grabber blue 5.0L CP Saleen piston - special one I did for a buddy but he never paid - $50 will post pictures but figured we could see if anyone was interested

I have 5 rods - powder coated gloss black, I have a feeling these will go fast since the price is right - $25 shipped they were powder coated while I was playing with my new powder coating gun, turned out nice

Piston or rod ...I have both I personally love the grabber blue rod...the piston is kinda cool but the rod is something sweet
