Yeah, it would be nice if they just had the 295/35-18s available. I think I have only seen those as backorder with no expected date.

I wouldn't mind a 285/40-18 or 275/40-18 either. Something that fits the 18x10 properly with close to OEM OD of 27". In stock. I can dream, right?

As it stands, BFG will have to wait until at least next year for another opportunity at my business for Rivals.

If they can't even keep their existing sizes in stock, I fail to see the value of adding another size they will also almost never have in stock as well.

I'd love to run Rivals, but it's so goddamn hard to find the sizes even close to what I want in stock that I gave up even having them on the list of tires to consider. Just not worth the effort.

If BFG ever gets their heads out of their asses, they'll probably have me as a regular customer. I'm not holding my breath though.

I think the idea here is that people are using the 295/35 for a lot of wheel widths due to lack of "proper" sizes. If they offered a little bit of variance, the availability may go up for the 295/35's.

I had a thought on this. a 285/40-18 would be a great size. It gives us about the OEM OD of 27" and fits within STU class limitations. Get those out, and they would jump to the top of my shopping list.

305/35/18 would be perfect. Hard to find a good tire in this size. I've been waiting to by some proper size rivals. Whats the deal with the unavailability?

Wanted to move up to 295 Rivals but gave up on non-availability, nor even the same 275s I had been running. Running 275 Dunlops instead.

285/40-18 would a perfect size for me as I'm on 10" rims.

There aren't that many cars using 27" tall tires with 18" wheels on the market. A 285/35/18 would be a better option for a wider appeal than just us, a relatively niche market within a niche market.
