spring install ???

Im in the middle of installing H&R springs in my 11'. I have a few questions. What is the best order to remove the stock front springs?? Im looking at it and see that the swaybar mounts to the strut mount. Should I take the strut mount out or just undo by the strut bold under the hood (using the jack method to reinstall?). Any help would be appreciated. Last time I did springs was on my foxbody. Looked to be an easier setup!

And how does the swaybar detach from the struct mount? I have a spring compressor, lift, and air tools.

Spring installs on these cars is way easier than an SN95 or fox body. I did the springs on my 2008 in less than 3 hours and that was taking breaks, and drinking beers.
