Just wondering if these '15's are running crazy lean from the factory?

The tunes I have looked at were pretty similar to the 13-14s. Can you display AFR in the dash? Should hover around 14:1 while you are cruising. I would say the heat difference you're feeling could be because the engine bay was redesigned. Not necessarily running hotter, but you might feel more heat coming off of it.

The rods are the boss rods and pistons are not forged but similar to the 13-14s like ppl have said. I WILL be pushing the stock motor to at least 750wheel and will sleep like the sleepiest 1000 combined babies every single night. Don't have the parts necessary for such a power level, but it will be happening in the next few months.

Oh haven't been on in awhile but I now have a 15 PP

IIRC when it first happened the article mentioning it was on a stock engine. Check out StangTV or the other one and search Hellion. I believe it was Tracy in the CO Boss who turned up the boost to 9 and change for a couple runs the day before then back down to her normal mid to high 800 settings when it blew on the stock engine.

The potential for your car to have more HP than miles is the greatest. Hell you did it with your last one and that was even calculating for a 32% drivetrain loss
