Torque specs for main, head and cam bolts? 3v motor

i usually just tighten stuff as tight as i can get it then very loudly go "click" and move on....

im assuming you mean the cam caps, if so google taco bill cams and it should pull up his step by step instructions which is what i used for the cams in my car and had all the specs.
