For What I been researching I think these is the verdict.

MTG for fair weather or warm 55 degrees or hotter

MTL 75W80 GL-4 Gear Oil for cold weather 50 degrees or colder.

What do you guys think?

I'm running the MTG. For the past couple of days it's been single digits overnight and teens in the morning. My car does sit in a garage so it's usually around freezing but not much below that. Even in these cold temps it's better than the factory fluid. Like all manual transmissions I take it easy with the shifting until it's warmed up. The MTG is a noticeable improvement for my car over the factory fluid. I don't regret putting it in there.
