:look:... callout lane RULZ!!!

Thats what I 'm Talking about, Grudge matches are going to be the best.

Man I can't Call out Chad he will be a turbo soon....

Too me the carrot is going to have a kick ass time, seeing a bunch of kick ass cars, meeting a bunch of kick ass people, and yeah get to make some passes. To me thats worth the expense and the 12+ hour drive.

Want a reason to give away stuff, how about some of these ideas?
Farthest travelled
quickest ET
quickest 60ft
best burnout
best looking car
fan's choice

Yes I like this, even for us Slower guys I still have a chance at some trophies
Don't Forget Best Reaction time...

With all these fancy, dandy rules, whos you gonna get to enforce them?

Hey, SD, how's about we invite that old guy from Cali to show up and run tech, er, collect the payments? Doesn't he still have your account number on file?

That's the other thing... the track is running tech. I don't want us to do shit. I am sure as hell not doing a track side tear down to check specs on cubes. LOL The more laxed the rules are, the easier it is to play, with less work.

Unless someone is really pulling a major fast one, it will be pretty obvious if someone tries to slide in to the wrong class. We really just need some simple rules so the guys running tech can glance over the car for 30 seconds while getting their cards ready, and use the honor system for most of this. We shouldn't have to check much of anything unless someone magically picks up 2/10ths or a bunch of people call someone out.

The rules that SD posted up are just a bit more detailed version of what we had in post 50 already. I'm cool with them. If we spell stuff out more, that just makes it less likely to be misinterpreted.

So are we good? SD, Paul? You guys want to let the thread run one more day? If we need a minor tweek here or there over the next couple of days, it shouldn't be a big deal as long as the major stuff is covered, but I think we are looking good.

We need a few of the members here to show up with their Z06s so we open up a big can of whoop ass on them in the call out lanes! You know who you are!

I know Johnny boy from BBR just bought a bowtie. Lol

To bad I sold my car. I was really looking forward to running in the N/A class.

And Paul.... I know of one track.............

I really want to make it to this event, I doubt that I'll bet a car there with me. Maybe I'll catch a ride with Billy or fly out for the weekend.

That would be a fun road trip..:beerchug3:..

I think it would be cool to add these things to the current config, but lets see how registration goes first. If we get a good car count to part for additional trophies or sponsors willing to assist, we can talk about it more for sure.

I made my first sub-11.50 pass at Mods v. Rods at TRP last year and was immediately asked to refrain from making any further passes. A roll bar IS required and in my experience is enforced.
