I did a search and came up with some ideas but nothing definitive. The post I found was 3 years old so I thought I'd ask and maybe some people have different ideas.

I powder coated the valve covers and now some bead blasting particles are in the baffles. Is there a good way to take the baffles off, clean it thoroughly and then re-attach the baffles? Or is there a cleaning method I don't know about that will get it cleaned up?

Have to grind off the smashed down aluminum that holds them on. To reattach... I'd think about drilling and tapping the stand offs, but would need to safety wire or other wise retain afterwards.

After further research I think it'd be easier and better in the long run to just buy some used valve covers, have them re-powder coated but without the bead blast prep. Pissed me off because they cam out so great!

If I do anything I'll try to find some FRPP covers, I'm sure they are out of print by now.
