Finally got my 3D carbon fender vents installed after getting them back from the painter this week. Very happy with the way these fit. Trufiber hood is at the painter right now. Hope to have it back sometime next week. All I will have left to do to complete this years pimpin fest is stripe the hood and the tonneau tops. Can't do that until sometime mid April after the paint has gassed out.

Thanks. Would love to do a major HP upgrade as well but you can't drive fast around here anyway with the constant traffic. I also have no desire to track the car so to me the cosmetic upgrades make more sense.

Tops are back. Haven't striped them yet. Extremely happy with how these turned out. Painter did a great job as always. Now just waiting on my hood to get back hopefully by the end of this week. Will take some better full body shots when I get the hood and everything striped.

Finally got a chance to stripe the tops. Big difference between Photoshopped stripes going the full length and the real thing. Laying the stripes all the way down the center and straddling the humps just did not flow well at all in reality. With the curves in the top, the lines and the general shape the consensus between me and my painter was to stop the stripe just before the humps and radius the corners old school style. Very happy on how it turned out. Opinions will vary I'm sure. If your sitting in another vehicle behind my car the stripes look complete as if they are running up the full length of the top. I'm diggin it.

The tops were painted on March 11th so it's been over 30 days which is fine. If i had set them out in the sun they probably would have cured out sooner. I wasn't in a hurry considering I didn't have my hood finished anyway.

They came out great and I do like the stripe decision. I need to make an appointment to get mine in for paint.

Thanks. I think you'll be real happy when you get them done. It really sets the car apart from other verts for sure.

No way in hell I'm leaving my car outside in the sun in Stockton,ca for 30 days..
