Hit a Texas-sized puddle during a downpour and redesigned my front bumper.

I stuck it back in and secured it with tape until I install the quick latches I ordered.

Got some newer mirrors with the spotter glass on my 07. Man what a difference! Got them for $230 shipped off eBay in redfire, painted them vista blue to match. Goodbye truck mirrors.

Finely mounted the extinguisher and Steeda jacking rails last Sunday.

Put 600 miles on it over the weekend. All but about 50 were interstate. Drove 80. Got 23 MPG. Not amused.

23 mpg is pretty freaking good, especially running 80. You must have a v6 or ecoboost because the 5.0 isn't getting that kind of mileage.

6. I was hoping for at least 25 even running 80. Maybe next time I will hold back and keep it at 70 and see what happens. On the plus side, I filled up for $1.899/gallon for reg.

As cheap as gas is, I'd rather drive fast. I can't get over how much effort people waste trying to save pennies on gas. Some act like gasoline costs them thousands of dollars per month.

Oh yea I did install the new front hubs with the 3" ARP studs, the short GT500 backing plates and the BMR adjustable sway bar end links today. Only a couple hour job.

I agree, I'd rather get to where I'm going to spend more time there.
