What port for vacuum

Which one of these do I need to run to my vacuum block…yellow or red..or does it not matter?

I believe the yellow one went to the PCV valve but I won’t be hooking that back up since I’ll be running boost

My car is N/A and all these lines and hoses are stock... Bottom (yellow) goes to valve cover PVC. Top (Red) on mine goes to a little canister (purge valve/solenoid?) on the driver side inner strut tower.

Well crap…I ordered hose and fittings for the bigger yellow one. My thought was “it’s a bigger port so you should get a better reading”

do you know if it makes a difference? I can kinda see how it might bcz the red/top one is going to the middle of the intake and the yellow/bottom ports from the drivers side. There’s nothing separating the chambers though so I’d think vacuum/boost would read the same outta both ports! I 100% do not know, definitely not trying to argue!! All I need to do is get the 3/8 vacuum to run from top, already have all the fittings so it’s no big deal to swap it

Anyone know if it matters? Do both give the same readings?
