I just want to clarify that the information I got (and that is now posted on the TNIA website) is that the SCCA has no plans to run Dominion for Track Nights in America because they feel the current layout/conditions aren't consistent with the goals of that program. I have no information about other SCCA programs or events.
Everything else I said was my reading between the lines, or my own personal conclusions. But yeah, too much of that track is one tankslapper away from a possible total loss IMO, for me to risk my DD considering I'm not experienced.
