does anyone have a kit or parts to do a 05 to 07 coolant system swap?

ok, maybe i wasn't clear. i want to change my cooling system from a '05 style to the '07 and later cooling system. the single intake hose connection.

any help would be great.

I had to get mine from the dealer. They are getting pretty hard to find
