I've checked, double checked, and triple checked. Called paypal twice.

It has gotten to the point where this guy follows me on every forum posting this same thing over and over.

In the past month, I've sold items alot heavier (would result in higher shipping costs) and more valuable (Weld Wheels, Full suspension kits, full nitrous kits etc) than an aluminum x pipe.

I've told this individual to contact paypal, his bank/cc company and file a charge back because I do not have a transaction listed to refund to him. Instead he decides to call me (because I did give him my number when were originally working out a deal), text me etc calling me a "fucking asshole" and I need to send him money whether I have a transaction or not on my paypal.

I have actually saved all of his correspondance via pm, phone records and text messages.

I've sold over $3000 in parts over the past few weeks from my recent part out and every single person I've sold to has received a tracking number within 1-2 days and received their merchandise as how it was described. I really feel this guy did one of two things:

1. Sent the money to the wrong paypal userid, since he paid as a gift (which I never told him to) he is most likely out of lack
2. Never sent money at all and is posting using a phony transaction ID (which is not hard to slap some text together and call it real) and is trying to pressure me into giving him free money.

Edit: Here is someone who had made a purchase from the same for sale thread blown95 was looking to buy items from, stating their experience they had with me in a different thread because blown95 took it upon himself to try and smeer me across the boards.

he should easily be able to see if it sent or not, like a few people have already stated it should say on there if the money was sent. If it was the wrong email address it would still say the amount sent and that its waiting to be verified, and they should be able to cancel the transaction. Ive done that a few times where ive put the wrong email in and it was really easy to cancel the transaction.

unless the incorrect party claimed it and since he sent it as a gift he doesn't have much recourse, hence why I've been telling him for a week now to just file a charge back with his cc/bank.

Or he never sent the money at all and is posting a bogus transaction ID, because when I call paypal with the ID he is posting, they tell me they cannot give me details because the transaction is not associated with me.

The person that recived the money can refund the amount if its a gift or regular transaction.

The email he sent it to was corrected that he is posting because I've sent money to the email to Seer in the past. I will see what I can dig up. . .

I have verified the case number is in fact FAKE at paypal. The new guy might be a scammer. They can not find the case number in any of their records associated with any account in their system.

I repeated the number twice to be sure there was not a mistake typing it in on their end.

Seer, get a name and mailing address from him so you can "mail him a refund check" :naughty1:
Then once we know where he lives we can maybe get some local talent to swing by and kindly ask him in person to quit harassing you. ;)

LOL, I'd rather him just leave me alone though.
