yea, I'd like to fit an NT05R on it, but tirerack and others don't list it as a possibility, I was just wondering if anyone had tried it

Hey doofus, TireRack doesn't sell Nitto tires--that's why it isn't a "possibility".

You gotta admit what you did was hilarious for the rest of us.

"IM NOT NEW TO FORUMS! I JUST LACK COMMON SENSE, POLITE MANNERS, AND READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS"

I'm not sure what you were referring to, because I performed a search on the subject matter and did not find the information I was looking for. I did however have it in the wrong section, only because I didn't realize it had one for dedicated wheels and tire questions. The first response, just like every other forum, was where everyone tries to be a smartass so they can look cool? What gets me is if someone actually walks up to you and asks you a question, you 99% of the time won't be a smartass, but on the interwebs, people do it all the time to be funny. There was no reason for him to be a smartass to me, he did try to help me out after a few posts, so i didn't lose all respect for him, and as far as I'm concerned, its dropped and we moved on. You guys digging on it, trying to get him to react, well. . . :321:

I'm not going to keep bumping this useless thread to the top anymore, so hopefully you guys have a nice day.

His job isn't to be friendly, although he can be. He's a mod and could give one crap about whether you respect him. He does want you to post in the correct area. The other posters weren't trying to get him to react, they WERE testing you.

Thats fine.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to be a mod on a public forum and not care about the people that keep it running. but ok.

You don't keep it running but ok. Also, I'm fairly sure this is a private forum

I'm not sure why anyone would sign up on a forum and call a moderator names right off the bat. Seems like bad form to me.

Because he made an assumption and was a smartass about it. . .

I would do it in person as well, unlike a lot of talk that goes on in forums

I did a search and found the answer within 10 minutes of reading so if you did search, maybe you didn't search enough. Either way, still bad form.

really? I don't think anyone is running a drag radial on a brembo rim, so where did you find that at?

Searched for the Brembo rim width, and then looked up NT05 tire sizes. And you know, a bit of common sense thrown in but I won't fault you for something you weren't born with.

I didn't mention NT05r's specifically, I did mention nitto in the thread title, but my OP was about any drag radial.

not everyone can read either

If you wanna play that game, then I'll play.

Your OP reads "anyone done this". Any reasonable person would assume that "this" refers to the title, being whether or not a Nitto Drag Radial fits on a brembo wheel. Nowhere in your OP did you mention the possibility of using another brand's drag radial.

Honestly, if you keep it up this way, you're not going to last long. Happy modding and good luck to you.
