and maybe ending at a saloon where Jimmy Vaughn will hopefully play. I am trying to get a confirmation on this at the moment.
Good deal brother! Just talked to Stephen and this sounds like a bad ass plan for Saturday night. From the looks of it there is a big outside stage and lots of parking to accomodate a good number of stangsUpdate
I have spoke with Dally and he is good with us hitting up his Saloon Saturday night. I will not confirm yet on Jimmie untill I personaly speek with him and make sure he's available and good for doing a show for us. I should know by no later than next week.
Is the parking lot gravel?
The starting point will be somewhere right outside Austin. Can I not read or is this missing the starting point on Saturday?
Saturday, Oct. 27th: Austin to Fredricksburg to Blanco
Time: TBD
From Adams and Main (Marktplatz) in downtown Fredericksburg, Texas, head east on US HWY 290. Proceed 5.5 miles and turn right onto FM 1376 (between the KOA and the Stagecoach Stop). You will pass Rancho Ponte Winery on your left and then Luckenbach Texas on the right. Just past the Luckenbach Town Loop turn to the left onto RR 1888-east toward Blanco, proceed 27.6 miles and turn right onto 1623. The beautiful Blanco River follows along 1623 on the right. Continue to the courthouse square in the lovely town of Blanco, Texas.

LOL...O.K., I'll stand by for the location since we will not be there on Friday.

I vote for a stop at the winery.... doubt I will be able to get there in time for breakfast but do plan on making the cruise. And won't have the kid coming with me either.
Leaving my kiddos behind as well. Having adult conversation will be nice for a change. Oh, and MMMMMMMMMM breakfast!!!
