The evo is pretty much bolt on power. Turbo back, intake, intercooler piping, evo 9 turbo and bov, 1,000cc injectors. Its tuned on e85 to 336awhp. The pump gas tune will probably make high 200s on 25psi. Very clean car considering the age. Did spend a lot of its life in Florida.
