1. Couldn't prove what I did was truly careless, as no one was put into danger nor did the vehicle lose control.

2. Cop stated he heard a mustang's engine, but could not specify which mustang it was, as there were multiple cars.

3. From his vantage point he could not see the incident happen.

Not bad. Few minor issues. Runs great at wot.


I wouldn't say I got lucky. Just the circumstances were in my favor. Did I have a little fun, sure. Could the cop say for sure it was me. No. Innocent until proven guilty.
