At first I thought that might be Detroit, based on the street, possibly Woodward. License plate looks like Michigan blurred out. Then he merges onto 696 I believe, so 99.9% sure it is Detroit.

Unfortunately he wrecked the car last year, but he rebuilt it over the winter/spring and it's back on the road again making 1400+ and burning lots of corn! LOL.

What I mean is the rods is the only real difference why the GT500 can't be cranked right up to 1000rwhp.
