Wow!!!! Amazing!!!

One question, I see you have the ROUSH rear bumper, how is your exhaust routed?

im using 3" magna pack system, it routes just like normal but needs some cutting and welding on the muffler section to get them to line up with the bumper. the turbo has a "y" pipe where the normal exhaust would start, so from that point back its like hooking up normal exhaust.

So what I thought was going to be a nightmare of re-doing my exhaust....it was actually a peice of cake! Didn't have to modify much at all for the new turbo set up!

Had to get the car high in the air to get the over axle pipes back in! Most nervous I've been for awhile!

Tint front windshield
Tune for new injectors
Get vents and faux gas cap from hydro dipping and install them

If you look above and back at my other pics, the feed comes from the rear of the engine block to the bottom of the turbo, the outlet goes from the top of the turbo to my coolant tank, I had a bung welded to it for the fitting.

What pics do you need specifically and I'll grab them tomorrow when I jack up the car to check on everything.

I see the outlet going from the top of the turbo to your coolant reservoir, if you could possibly snap a pic where it comes out of the engine block and goes in the bottom of the turbo that'd be good. I've seen some pics and discussion of it done a couple different ways. Plus that'll give me an idea on the fittings you used.

Here's my old set up, it changed slightly obviously but I even have a list of what I used.

http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1442380&postcount=77

The new set up uses:
(3) 3/8 to # 10 adaptors (engine block and turbo)
(2) straight #10 push lock fittings (coolant tank and engine block)
(1) 45 degree #10 push lock fittings (bottom of turbo)
(1) 90 degree #10 push lock fittings (top of turbo)
(4) #10 crimp clamps
(1) #10 aluminum weldable bung (coolant tank)
5 ft #10 hose

Id1000's working nicely, had to redo my entire MAF xfer , the 80's I had before really screwed it all up. Few minor things to work out but nothing to keep me from driving the car. Took it for about 20 mile trip and it survived!
