1 week after he took the money he was posting about how hard it was deciding whether or not to spend $1,800 on a bike. As also stated, he didn't return the money, paypal did. The bashing continues because the apology is being perceived as not 100% sincere. His actions are speaking louder than his words. Rightfully so.

Exactly.

FWIW - I believe his apology is sincere.

I do as well. I just don't like to see this keep going.
it's just not worth it after the points have been made.
And I never said I agreed with the transaction at all,
Just disagree with the ongoing bash fest. That's just me though.

I can understand the hesitancy to ship out of country, but I was convinced by another person to go ahead and deal with Santi (who is Itonano's friend and neighbor) and he ended up being wonderful to work with. For those willing to take the little bit of extra effort to deal with these two I think you will not be disappointed.

Be that as it may, just because Newman didn't want to ship out of country is no reason to list him in the bad sellers section. Newman has been here a long time and has sold many items very successfully. I can't see how this "non sale" should be allowed to affect he reputation.

Nothing bad to talk about Newman, just wanted he wait to me for new answer, sadly the item was already sold.
Dont know why, but couldnt buy many items from here because they dont want to send internationally even paying the whole shipping, is there a problem from USA to send
Outside?
Thanks Skwerl ;)

Its because quite simply, why sell outside of the country -- with all that added risk that entails, when you can simply sell it to someone close by?

If something goes wrong (lost in shipment, damaged in shipment, lost/missing in customs, etc) its a lot harder to address and take care of vs domestic.

This...Had an issue once. The hassle is not worth it.

Guy on another site sold sunglasses or something internationally, the buyer waited until last day possible to file a claim saying he never recieved it, he got screwed out of his money and the product.

even though it was sent requiring signature or something and had proof it was recieved

It's big hassle. I think that fedex now offers a one price service that takes care of everything.
