I'm trying to find a vendor to order a set of the FORD door sill lights through. I bought a set on here awhile back from a vendor but I cant remember who and now my drivers side has quit working and I need to order another set.

its the set that came with the hole saw and they mount almost flush with the bottom of the door. the only ones I'm finding online hang down to far.

thanks for any help, David

Those turned out to be garbage. The seller quit his business and still visits here but has a different screen name. He's a retired cop in California I think. Can't remember more at the moment.

Puddle lights are a concern because moisture gets to them from the inside of the mirror and causes distortion of the light

I am aware of that. Rain/moisture can get into the housing from the mirror glass side. The wetness creates a concern with the electonics
No, moisture cannot get to this unit from the mirror housing. There is not a single component anywhere near the mirror from this aftermarket light. Everything is in the bottom of the door with a wire going back up to the door switch.

The newer Ford stock puddle lights are contained within the mirror housing but we aren't talking about those.

My mistake. I thought you were describing the ones in the mirrors!
