I don't think it will clear a whipple. It rubbed slightly w/ my stock intake manifold cover.

I don't. But I think there really was only 2 nuts that tied it down to the stock throttle body i the front. Everywhere else it is press fitted in.

This is correct to the buyer (bobby1110) that is interested. 2 bolts that can be bought VERY cheap at a hardware store. Pennies probably.
