Racingtheburg, that is why I wrote this here, showing I learned now and hoping I can help this to not happen to others, I understand taking a chance, but dishonest sux . And then to email the guy after and reply "whatever" what's that about. Anyway I did this to help others.

I've met great and helpful people on here so I'm trying to keep it positive for me and keep people who do negative thongs away, such as this seller.

I noticed that you havent left a negative for that guys itrader. Any reason for that? You are on here pissed off and he is all over the WTB section offering parts to people. Some of those people wont see this issue you had in here and could get burned. I think it would be a good idea to use the itrader, thats what its there for!!!

Just an update on that loser Jerry Tubbs we had as vendor here few years back.

Hes still a loser,and nowhere near a man (lack thereof) of his word. He claimed all these issues,and to have found God along way, promising to make good.
Well, as of Valentines day when I called his wife...Nothing in return.

Still going on 800 dollars stolen from me.

We have given him a full week to respond to multiple pm's and emails sent to his paypal address ([email protected]) Moderators have locked all his for sale ads. Will upgrade to claims in a couple days. He hasnt signed in since 3/3/11, but that was after several pm's were sent, he didnt respond to any of them. Through google have found his sports memorabilia website and his ebay store. He had good feedback on there.

Yeah I filed a dispute with Paypal on him for the Tuner he had for sale. I emailed him couple times asking what the deal was but haven't heard back. Maybe there's a legit reason but I'm sorta doubting it right about now...

Yep, I did the same yesterday. Looks like seller has ten days to respond and then paypal decides based on info provided.

I was notified today by Paypal that they investigated my claim and refunded my $215 that I had paid Macpipes. Trustingly that happens for everybody who dealt with him.

He used to go by another name on here where he claimed to have sold his 2010 mustang and was ripping people off of parts from it.
