As have I, what I said was directed at the Vette owner not you. And no its not understandable that any car would be wrecked before you ever make it to staging. As I said if you don't know how to do a burn out without crashing in whatever car you should not be at the track. You are a danger to yourself and any in the lane next to you.

I'm not standing up for this guy because it still shouldn't have happen but i didn't race so I don't know the track conditions but there were a lot of cars in that left hand lane had to stop there burn out because the car was pulling to the side.

I feel sorry for the guy. What exactly did he do to get the car to do that.

That's almost as bad as a guy who brought out is brand spankin new z06 to the track with about 1000 miles on it. Got loose at the top of 1st gear which is around 60 mph. Put the car on top of the wall and road it like a skate boarder and then slammed down back on the track. Amazingly he was able to drive it off the track.

I'm guessing because maybe the surface wasn't evenly slick so one side developed a bit more friction than the other? Just enough to make a difference and cause the left side to want to pull forward. Just an idea. I know that if the tires are spinning you would think that shouldn't matter but there is still some friction going on hence tire smoke and the fact you need to hold the brake to keep the car in place.

News flash, his ass end did not slide out from behind him. He had the damn wheel cranked to the right, caught traction, and bingo'd his shiny new Z06.

Um lol WOW There was a Corvette in the other staging lane and he did his burnout without any issues and if he would have just kept his steering wheel straight then he wouldn't be made fun of. Just because you can afford it doesn't mean you can drive it.
