The first time I saw them was on a Bash Performance car, and I couldn't get them off my mind. As soon as I got some dough, I ordered them from here:

http://www.atlantaauto.com/ford_mustang/az121162.php

Ordered them monday, and they came today (friday). They were nicely boxed up and easy to install. and now the pictures.

All off

There is some glare from the sun, I'll take more tonight and tomorrow.
The lower, outside projector is the main headlight, and the upper ones are the brights. When the brights are on, the mains are off. the halo's are on when the yellow parking lights are on, since that's what they are wired into. You can see the 3 led's on each box, and those are supposed to be blinkers but I didn't wire them in because I didn't know which of the three wires were blinker lights on the yellow lights (green, white, black). But yeah this was easy. I did it in 2 hours flat in the apartment complex parking lot lol

Also, yesterday I upgraded to the C&L Racer 95mm intake with new bamachips tunes and DAMN there is a bigger kick down low!!!!! BRAVO

I wouldn't say "ricey", but definitely "euro". Not my cup of tea either... I like the stock look the best. Ford got it right IMO.

they seem to be inbetween. I really didn't like the giant stock lamps.

There is a very simple reason why I like the stock lights (and why I added a shaker and chin spoiler)... my favorite muscle car has always been the '69 Mach 1. I'm just an old school fool...

I think it goes well with the style of the car. Are they any brighter than stock?

By the way, which grille is that?

do they come with bulbs already in them or do you use your stock bulbs? I have HIDs and i was looking for some projectors, will these work, or do they have the bulbs sealed in there like ive seen some other aftermarkets have?

How well do they work in practice--better lit area on the road?

So far it's hard to tell. I had them pointed down too far (the top mounting location has some play for adjustment) and I couldn't move them around at the time. Tonight I will adjust them accordingly to get the best light.

On the back of the headlights are two rubber cups that seal over the lamps, and they can be accessed through there

I think the bulbs can be takes out. I took the cups off but didn't look too hard to see.

The grill is the CDC Billet grill in black http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=105

Ok night time performance is shit right now. This can't be how it was designed... I sent the Anzo tech support an email questioning this, I should have a response monday. The blocky beam is the regulars (!) and the smooth one is the brights. I'm pretty pissed about this. I told them that the main bulb thingy is probably too far back in the housing, and maybe it isn't supposed to be like that.. we'll see what they say.

Looks like it's aimed too low. I assumed you tried adjusting it?

I'm not a fan but I wouldn't call 'em rice. I think Foose got the headlights right on the Stallion, that's my fav.

yeah i wiggled them around with the bolts loose, but it didn't make any real difference. I guess everything hinges on their reply...

you can see where the light is getting cut off too, like where there would be light if the bulb wasn't so far back. in the picture i drew in where i though the light should be, and you can see the right bulb is crooked like congress

I see them both on in the pics. Wiring issue? Both being on at the same time interferring with each other maybe?

I mean the headlights, not the halo's.

I got everything adjusted, they work great now! the adjuster screw is very easy to get at too. If only the kit had come with instructions, I would have known about this lol

The actual shape of the reflective part of the headlight has a lot to do with the output apperance. The stock lights are pretty straightforward, but when companies start putting out aftermarket stuff based on the way the light housing appears in the daytime, you wind up with less than stellar night-time results.
