and my dumbass just tried to file the claim and me being WAY to nice in general and stupid sent this as a gift payment so I cant even file. i am betting his girlfriend flipped out and closed her account as it clearly shows the name as Whitney.

im really pissed, try to file claim but it says dispute cannot be resolved thru paypal.. this dude is a piece of shit. all he had to do was refund money if he couldnt provide the plates instead of making lame excuses.. i guess this crook took my money. I wont be buy anything from classifieds again. i have learned my lesson. dont trust anyone when it comes to money.. Plus he hasnt logged on in a while which shows how loyal he is to his words. if any of you know him in person please pass these statements thru.
