What do I do if I have been possibly scammed.

Is filling out that complaint really going to get something done to this guy? I have tried that before and the authorities never do anything. If would actually do something then i would fill it out. Imo filing a fraudulant charge claim through paypal and your bank is going to do one thing that filling that paper out wont do........and thats getting your money back! This little piece of shit probably has a few different screen namea and different paypal accounts. Asking him to make it right is a waste of time. The little fucker pre meditated this shit and knew exactly what he was doing when he did it. The chances of him going to jail are very slim guys. How many of the people that got scammed by him sent him personal paypal payments? Did anyone send him a postal money order?

I filled out papers with the bank as well they are contacting paypal, I also filled out a affidavit.

Jail time really is the best way to screw this kid over and get back at him. When he gets busted and gets a little jail time, it will send a damn good message to anyone thinking about scamming someone on forums. Hopefully we get plenty of details after he is busted too! Like amount of jail time, restitution amount, etc and hopefully some local newspaper stories to post..lol

I wish I knew...he was a vendor here so that info should
be somewhat available.Just in the last month I was given
his new cell # from a fellow scammed member..who is local
to him.Jerry wont answer,only text.I think he is also reading
this thread tonight. He just sent me a text after I posted
above saying by August 21 2011 I will be settled.

I dont beleive him.

Wow , I just read this whole thread. I know this kid and never knew anything about this.Sounds like he is in for some real stormy weather. I was at the Butler show today and it was mentioned to me that someone was coming to "have a talk" with Anthony.I thought it was because of club disagreements this is beyond bad for him. Hope he wakes up and gets the right thing done.
