I wired in my head unit usin a resistor to avoid the sub pop. I don't get the sub pop when I turn the unit on, but when I turn the unit off or switch between radio presets. Has anyone else had or heard of this issue? I've triple checked everything v. the install instructions. Any suggestions...

My check engine light has come on a couple of times now with the code "0456...EVAP Emmission Control System Leak Very Small". Question...the "E" bracket that holds the cables...does the bolt side fit flush to the edge of the bracket you bolted it into? I just noticed that mine sits in about an 1/8 inch from the edge using the bolt hole supplied on the bracket.
