They weigh 7.2 lbs. each according to my bathroom digital scale.

So aftermarket tuned shorties don't flow any better than the stock manifolds?

The BULLITT averages about 20-21 city/hwy. I did get 27 mpg according to the computer when I drove to my parents on Father's Day, but that was all hwy with speeds between 60 and 78 for extended periods and being easy on the go pedal.

If I still had the '05 V6, I would have changed to the metal housing as well. I didn't know they existed until mine melted and blew last year with only 55K miles on the clock.

I'm really surprised that the '86 wasn't on the list. First year of SEFI, true dual exhaust, 8.8 rear axle. I wasn't impressed with the article... mediocre.

This thread is perfect, because I don't have a manual for the torque specs. I have had the 11-14 brackets and Z26 kit since last fall. This is one of the last mods that I want to do this summer on the B.

Changed out the stock BULLITT mufflers for the FR500S's... Straight through goodness. NICE!!!

Unless you go to work or get groceries or gas... :driver: I took mine out today, and man did it feel great!! Tomorrow I'm planning on swapping the stock Bullitt mufflers for FR500S's.
