    Thanks for the inputs. I didn't go to the strip, ended up working instead, but I've definitely learned that the Street Comps just aren't for racing. I will just have to give up on racing for now lol.

    Well think I may go to the strip tomorrow. I have an extreme traction issue, so I'd like to know how low I can safely go? Running the 1/8 and will reach speeds of 90ish mph. Oh, tire size is 285/35-19

    I'm definitely no expert on engines but I wouldn't run stock heat range plugs on anything above 6 psi. I always typically see 5-10 psi being a 1 step colder plug.
