Blower Motor Resistor is the easy cheap shotgun barrel. Under 20 bucks under the right console. After that get out the meter and run wires and check your switch. You will do that from the resistor anyway.

High oil temp is not specifically the issue. The code says temp it is not within predicted range the PCM expects. More specifically it isnt warm enough. You need to check the engine temp vs oil temp with a scanner. Questions: Is the car slow to warm up? If so Stuck Thermostat may be the cause...
