The TR3650 seems to be the weak link in this swap. How well is it holding up to the Coyote torque? And what clutch?

I think stkjock is wondering why you have 285s on the front and 255s on the rear. The ride is not going to be comfortable on an S197 at those widths. Maybe go back to a stock 235 square setup if comfort is your main concern.

The Teksid can also be found in the 1993-1998 Lincoln Mark VIII. Also, the 3V Mustang block is generally considered to be at least as strong as the Teksid.

Those are usually north of $500 each (used).

If you are trying to remove the headlights you have to remove the bumper cover, which is not difficult. Having removed the front cover on a bunch of S197s I can do it in about 15 mins w/an electric driver.

I couldn't agree more. In the late summer of 14 I was in the market for a new Mustang, as I am now. Once I saw the 15 the choice was obvious. The S550 was the worst looking Mustang I had ever seen. Great car, but just looked horrible. I'm in the market again for a new Mustang and the S650 reveal...

The 10-14 HVAC plenum is different from the earlier S197s, so yes the actuators are in different locations.

Fluid, yes. Master, no. There is a separate clutch master cylinder.
