Yes, sounds like you have the Front Lower Control arm squeak, I have had three sets on mine for this issue, each set lasts about 5K miles. It is a known issue for some cars and I think it has to do with the hydrobushings Ford uses as the rear bushing on the Lower Control Arms. The converters...

2013 squeaky front suspension

My 13 began to squeek at 7K, took it in and two new control arms later it is quite. Been quite for 2K so far....
