when you leave the trans in the car to pull the motor the i always checked the converter before i put the motor back in also once you get the motor in you should be able to put your finger on the conveter stud that sticking through the flex plate and move it a little should have some play in it...
Im tech at a Ford dealership and we don't them cold we let then run for five mins and then crack them loose an eight of a turn and spray the carb cleaner and let them sit for fifteen mins then take them out. I can usual get all of them out without breaking. The one that we see break the most...
the pcm are different. they use diffent software altogether it not like the software in any of the previous year cars. from what ive read is that you can swap the dash and dash harness for the 2011 gts to make it work
