    That's interesting...I was under the impression that in order to fit an 11" rim on the back, the offset had to be in the range of +60mm, but all the Ampliform 20x11 listings I'm seeing are +50mm. Yours must those right?

    Since you have an Evap code, I'd start there. The evaporative emissions recirculation valve at the front of the intake manifold could be stuck partially open causing a vacuum leak.
