    HVAC fan speed

    If speeds 1–3 work but 4 matches 3, the blower motor or its wiring for high speed is likely the problem. Check the motor connections, and if they're fine, the motor may need replacing.

    If you just want softer shifts, try a low-cost tuner with a stock or daily driver mode. Some let you adjust shift firmness without paying for a custom tune. You can also use Forscan to reset the TCM adaptations which can help bring shifts back closer to stock.

    If the clutch only slips under hard acceleration, it is often worn friction material or a weak pressure plate. Hydraulic issues usually cause a soft or inconsistent pedal, not full slip. Check fluid level and try a low-speed stall test to see if the clutch still grips properly.
