So I've been a long time lurker on here, but now that I'm on my second s197 suppose it's time I introduce myself and my car. I picked up my 06 a few months back after my 14 gt met with an old man's truck that pulled across my lane. Here was the aftermath of that.

I got the 06 with the supercharger and a few suspension upgrades, but other than it was pretty much stock. After a couple months of work and a certain amount of money which is unknown to the wife, here is where the mod list currently stands.
-Saleen series 6 supercharger
-39# blue top injectors
-90mm Lightning maf
-GT500 dual fuel pump setup
-BBK shorty headers
-Spec 6 puck clutch
-Hurst competition plus shifter
-3.55 lsd rear
-Tokico blue adjustable struts
-Koni Str rear shocks
-Maximum Motorsport camber plates
-Eibach springs
-huge front sway bar (unknown brand)
-rear sway bar relocation brackets
-BMR adjustable lower control arms
-Lakewood watts link
-Staggered ZR Downforce wheels 20x8.5&10
-Gt500 front Brembo brakes
-bake cooling ducts
-CV3 style front lip
-MMD fog deletes
-MMD black tail light trim
-factory tan leathers with alcatera centers
And here are a few pictures I snapped of the car before work today.

The bottom link looks off angle in the last picture, I promise it's just the camera angle.
This is the only picture I have of the engine bay, I'll take more once I clean things up under there.

Immediate plans for the car are to add more boost and fix the damned shifting, as well as a few other odds and ends. There are also plans for a built bottom end and color change, but school will dictate how much time is delegated to those.

PBR!! You must be an old man lol, I likes it too.

Don't normally see people go from a new model to an older one in these situations. Good luck with your build.

I actually prefer older cars to newer ones in most cases, if this car wasn't my daily I'd certainly be in an older car. I loved the coyote in the grabber blue car, but the electric steering was so numb that it really took away from the car imo. Plus an extra 40whp at half the cost compared to the 14 convinced me to try out the 3v.

Nice find.! Welcome to the Saleen SC Club. Do know what size pulley is on the front of the SC? They increment down from 4.0 to 2.8. Each drop gets you about 2 to 21/2 lbs of boost.
I have an 05 GT with a Saleen SC with a 3.6 pulley,Ford Racing TB and HI-flow Catt X-Pipe , dyno'd around 450 rwhp. Saleen is a great sc for a daily driver with alot of low end torque.

OP,

I ran a Saleen Supercharger for years and it had the Supershaker Option also.

Enjoy S-197 and your 3 valve I still have mine but switched to the Roush some time back.

Had zero problems with the Saleen it worked perfect.

Here mine was with the Saleen and Supershaker.
