Sounds like incompatible and different years of harnesses and PCM.
Need more details.

I have a 05 harness and computer hooked up to a 07 mustang. Do you have any socials or someway to contact for better communication

That won't work without major modifications! I know what changes are needed to get the car to start and everything to work; 6-10 wiring and pin changes. I converterd a '06 pcm and harness to work in an '07. For plug-and-play, you really need a '07-09 manual pcm and harness. But it can be made to work.
